Best yet, to show our appreciation, we will reward you with $1,898 if anyone you refer purchases a beautiful new Mckelvey home. Even more, there is no limit on the number of referrals allowed. - You must be a McKelvey Home buyer.
- You must register the potential homebuyer in one of two ways: 1) Personally accompany them to a McKelvey Homes sales center for their first visit and fill out a registration form or 2) Contact a McKelvey Homes community sales manager prior to their arrival.
- Potential purchasers are not eligible if during the past 90 days they have registered at any McKelvey Homes community or were registered by a licensed Real Estate Broker/Agent. This program is not available to licensed Real Estate Brokers/Agents.
- Potential purchasers must complete a sales contract within 60 days of being registered at the McKelvey Homes community of their choice.
- The $1,898 reward will be paid in the form of a MasterCard/Visa gift card when the party you referred closes on their new McKelvey home, provided all other terms and conditions of participation have been satisfied.
