For more than 116 years home building has been a rewarding and fulfilling experience for McKelvey Homes. Now it’s our turn to reward our ever-growing family of McKelvey homebuyers. All McKelvey homeowners, past and present, have the opportunity to take advantage of our Rewards Program. There are two ways to participate.
Repeat Buyers Rewards
Your loyalty is worth a lot to us. In fact, it’s worth $10,000! If you have previously purchased a new McKelvey-built home and purchase another, you will receive $10,000 off the purchase price of your new home! Whether you are moving up to a larger home or ready to take advantage of the carefree villa lifestyle, you’ll qualify for this fantastic opportunity. Simply tell the sales consultant when you visit that you are a repeat buyer. It’s that easy!
- You must be a repeat McKelvey Home buyer to qualify.
Referral Rewards
Our homeowners often tell us how proud they are to show their new home to family and friends. If your guest is so impressed that they are interested in becoming a McKelvey homebuyer themselves, we would welcome your referral. Best yet, to show our appreciation, we will reward you with $1,000 if anyone you refer purchases a beautiful new Mckelvey home. Even more, there is no limit on the number of referrals allowed. It couldn’t be easier!
- You must be a McKelvey Home buyer.
- You must register the potential homebuyer in one of two ways: 1) Personally accompany them to a McKelvey Homes sales center for their first visit and fill out a registration form or 2) Contact a McKelvey Homes community sales manager prior to their arrival.
- Potential purchasers are not eligible if during the past 90 days they have registered at any McKelvey Homes community or were registered by a licensed Real Estate Broker/Agent. This program is not available to licensed Real Estate Brokers/Agents.
- Potential purchasers must complete a sales contract within 60 days of being registered at the McKelvey Homes community of their choice.
- The $1,000 reward will be paid in the form of a MasterCard/Visa gift card when the party you referred closes on their new McKelvey home, provided all other terms and conditions of participation have been satisfied.
- McKelvey Homes reserves the right to determine eligibility, as well as alter, discontinue or terminate this program without notice. Employees of McKelvey Homes and their families are not eligible for participation.
