Architectural Designer

Location: Missouri
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a design professional with strong technical skills, a passion for residential architecture, and a desire to contribute to high-quality projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities
•    Develop and revise architectural drawings for residential projects
•    Prepare construction documents using AutoCAD
•    Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams
•    Ensure drawings meet company standards, building codes, and local regulations
•    Assist in design development, plan modifications, and value engineering
•    Support permitting and approval processes as needed

Qualifications
•    3+ years of professional experience in architectural design or residential construction documentation
•    Proficiency in AutoCAD
•    Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building codes
•    Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
•    Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred (Not Required)
•    Licensed Architect in the State of Missouri
•    Experience working with production or semi-custom home designs
